Sandipan is a Co-Founder and a Principal at Translutions with over 13 years of experience in planning and technical transportation analyses for multidisciplinary transportation projects. His primary responsibilities are to prepare technical analyses of land development and transportation infrastructure projects, including comprehensive traffic impact analyses, traffic operations analyses, and parking studies. He has also led teams preparing traffic studies and pedestrian analyses for various freeway and roadway projects in Southern California. Sandipan has worked in the Southern California region over thirteen years.
Sandipan has extensive experience in preparing defensible transportation analysis for inclusion in CEQA documents. Since the passage of SB-375 and AB-32, Sandipan has been involved in Green House Gas reduction strategies including facilitation of transit, complete streets implementation, and vehicle trip reduction strategies. Sandipan is a member of the SCAQMD Truck Trip Generation Technical Advisory Committee. Sandipan also teaches a Masters’ level course on transportation planning and management at the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California.
Sandipan studied architecture during his undergraduate studies, completed a masters’ degree in planning, has experience in traffic engineering, and is a passionate follower of CEQA law. He is a Certified Planner and a licensed Civil Engineer in the State of California. His dream is to create a firm which integrates his education, experience, and passion to serve his clients.
Deepali is a Co-Founder and a Principal at Translutions. Her primary responsibilities are to prepare technical analyses of land development and transportation infrastructure projects, including comprehensive traffic impact analyses, traffic operations analyses, preliminary design, and parking studies. Deepali has experience in both transportation planning and transportation engineering projects in the Southern California region. She is well versed in rules and regulations set by Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), Los Angeles County, Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) and San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG), and those of other jurisdictions and agencies in Southern California. Deepali has worked in the Southern California region over twelve years.
Deepali studied Civil Engineering during her undergraduate studies, has two masters’ degrees in urban planning and transportation engineering from USC, and loves urban design. Her dream is to create a firm which integrates the principles of sound transportation planning with engineering and creates solutions that are functional as well as aesthetically pleasing.
